Teterboro, N.J. – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, is proud to announce the promotion of William Ericksen, CCIM to Managing Director of the NAI James E. Hanson Institutional Services Group.
Ericksen joined NAI James E. Hanson in 2019 and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and office properties. Working on the brokerage team comprised of Scott Perkins, SIOR, CCIM, Chistopher Todd, SIOR, and Kristen Costanza, Ericksen advises clients, from local businesses to nationally recognized institutional investors and corporations, through each stage of the transaction process.

Ericksen holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Rutgers University and a New Jersey Real Estate Broker License.
