Hanson’s Andrew Somple, SIOR, and John Schilp represented the landlord, 12 Sullivan Street LLC, and the tenant, Laguna 2 LLC in the transaction. Schilp and Somple were also hired by 12 Sullivan Street LLC to market the property for sale as an investment opportunity.

Pearl River, N.Y. (November 19, 2020) – NAI James E. Hanson announces it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 28,000 square feet of Class A office space for sublease that comprises of the entire 18th floor at One Blue Hill Plaza, a 550,000-square-foot office building located in Pearl River, N.Y. The assignment will be handled by NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Somple, SIOR, and Justin Allessio.

New Providence, N.J. (November 17, 2020) – NAI James E. Hanson announces it has negotiated a lease for 3,400 square feet of office space located at 65 South Street in New Providence, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Kirshenbaum and Tom Ryan represented the landlord, Seyfo Hawi Realty, LLC, in the transaction with the tenant, Terrana Orthodontics.

Hanson’s Scott Perkins, SIOR, and Chris Todd represented the tenant, Trible’s, in the transaction with RFP 18 Fairfield Associates, LLC, an entity controlled by The Richards and Robbins Group of Morristown, NJ.
