Hackensack, N.J. (March 15, 2018) – NAI James E. Hanson announces that Jonathan M. Kristofich has joined its Hackensack, N.J. office as Associate Director of Capital Markets. Kristofich will work closely with NAI James E. Hanson’s Capital Markets team to assist clients with sourcing debt, equity, and structured finance for commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and refinances.
Prior to joining NAI James E. Hanson, Kristofich helped establish Avison Young’s capital markets group in their Morristown, N.J. office. He also previously served as the Director of Capital Services for Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was later acquired by Cushman & Wakefield. In these roles, Kristofich advised clients on several transactions worth an aggregate value in excess of $300 million. Kristofich’s experience structuring complex and time sensitive transactions will provide NAI James E. Hanson’s clients access to leading capital sources and certainty of execution in a volatile marketplace.

Kristofich earned his B.A. from Manhattan College and Masters in City and Regional Planning, with a concentration in Housing and Real Estate, from The Edward J. Bloustein School at Rutgers University.
