The nationally-recognized Clara Maass Campus consists of over 127,000 square feet of Class-A medical office space among three stand-alone buildings. The fully-accredited acute care facilities are fully-amenitized under the RWJ Barnabas Health system. Included within the campus are a comprehensive cancer center, a breast health and disease management center, a radiation oncology department, cardiac services and emergency services. The 23,501-square-foot medical office building at 75 Orient Way is situated in the Rutherford Transit Village Central Business District, and features a granite tile lobby, an upgraded medical elevator, two conference rooms and 86 private parking spaces. Multiple reputable medical tenants call 75 Orient Way home, including Meadows Surgery Center, Frost Dental Group, Geria Dermatology and The Tootharium.
